- How client and guest information is protected, including the heightened confidentiality owed to people seeking shelter
- Third-party services used (payment provider, email delivery, analytics) and links to their policies
- Cookie usage, if any
- How to request correction or deletion of your information
- Policy effective date and how changes are announced
